Become Cash&Carry client (rules)
- For companies: a copy of registration certificate;
- For individuals working under a business license, or self-employed persons and farmers: a copy of the business certificate, an identity document.
Company can have up to 6 Cash&Carry client cards.
DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
Data controller
Data controller of data indicated in Cash&Carry Client card application form is UAB „SANITEX“, registration code 110443493, address Raudondvario pl. 131, LT-47501 Kaunas, e-mail [email protected] (hereinafter Sanitex).
Data processing purposes
Sanitex intends to process data indicated in Cash&Carry Client card application form (hereinafter the Form) for the purposes of administrating the Cash&Carry Client card and direct marketing.
Administration of Cash&Carry Client card
Sanitex will process this data for the purpose of administrating the Cash&Carry Client card:
Company name, company phone number, mobile phone number, fax number, e-mail, company code, VAT code, certificate of individual activity number, certificate of individual activity validity period, nature of natural/legal person`s activity, goods unloading addresses, activities, general manager of the company, company employees number, names, surnames and e-mails of individuals for whom additional cards are ordered, card delivery address. In case mandatory information is not filled in the Form, Sanitex shall not provide the Cash&Carry Client card. Sanitex will process data on the basis of data subject consent, legitimate interests and/or performance of a contract.
For the holder of Cash&Carry Client card Sanitex may submit offers for goods and/or services, special prices, discounts, issue VAT invoices, make other similar business decisions.
Direct marketing
Sanitex will process your name, surname, e-mail address, nature of activity for the purpose of direct marketing in case you express your consent in the Form. In case you do not express you consent to direct marketing, Sanitex may not provide you with useful and relevant information.
Cash&Carry card holder may refuse his data processing for the purpose of direct marketing at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or click the refusal link in the received e-mail.
Sanitex sends request to consent to direct marketing for individuals whose data were indicated in the Form (individuals for whom additional cards are ordered). Sanitex does not process data of these individuals until Sanitex gets their consent.
To manage our newsletter subscribers list and send them emails we use an automated marketing platform - MailerLite. You can access the MailerLite Privacy Policy at https://www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy.
Newsletters may use web beacons, unique identifiers and other tracking technologies to collect information when order newsletter, if/when you open the email, visited links, if/when you unsubscribed, what application used to read letter, your IP address and related country, client type. This information is collected for statistical purposes to monitor and improve our newsletters.
Data transfer
Data indicated in the Form is not transferred to any third persons, except Sanitex authorized partners who may assist in supervising Sanitex website, administrating Cash&Carry client card and direct marketing. Such third persons may be SANITEX group companies (including, but not limited to, UAB “Baltic Logistic Solutions”, UAB “Officeday”), companies that use “Officeday” trademark and concept under the franchise agreement, database software vendors, database management service providers, direct marketing service providers, couriers, etc. Data may also be provided to government or law enforcement institutions, e.g. police or supervisory authority, but only by their request and only when data is requested according to the law or to ensure our rights or the security of our clients, employees and resources.
Period of data storing
Sanitex will store data processed on purpose of administrating the Cash&Carry Client card for10 years after last use of the card. This data storing term is necessary to ensure the defence of Sanitex rights and legitimate interests.
Sanitex will store data processed on purpose of direct marketing for 3 years after last opening of newsletter, except if you refuse your consent earlier.
Rights
You, as data subject, have these rights:
- To be informed about your data processing;
- To get information regarding data processing purposes, processed data, data recipients, to whom data were or will be disclosed, data storing period, information regarding data collection sources and your rights;
- To request Sanitex to access your personal data and correct or delete data or restrict data processing;
- To object to the processing of personal data;
- To receive the personal data, which you provided to Sanitex, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller when this is technically possible (right to data portability);
- To withdraw your consent when data are processed on the basis of consent;
- To submit a complaint to State data protection inspectorate (
