1. General Conditions
These privacy conditions (hereafter referred as the “Conditions”) establish the main principles and order, regulating UAB “Sanitex” (hereafter referred as “Sanitex”) management of personal data of visitors (hereafter referred as “You”) of website http://www.sanitex.eu and mobile application ePromo (hereafter referred as “E-shop”).
The personal data, provided by You in the E-shop, will be managed keeping in line with these Conditions, the requirements of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, EU General Data Protection Regulation, other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, regulating management and protection of such data.
E-shop is designed for people over 14 years of age. Persons under the age of 14 can not provide any personal data through E-shop.
2. Direct marketing
Your personal data (name, surname, email address) is processed for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of your consent, which is expressed by filling in the form for the newsletter in the "Subscribe news" section of E-shop. If you do not express your consent to direct marketing, Sanitex will not be able to provide you useful and relevant information.
Newsletters may use web beacons, unique identifiers and other tracking technologies to collect information when order newsletter, if/when you open the email, visited links, if/when you unsubscribed, what application used to read letter, your IP address and related country, client type. This information is collected for statistical purposes to monitor and improve our newsletters.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
3. Cash&Carry Card
Your personal data (name, surname, fax number, telephone number, business certificate for individual activity / business license number, address of residence, postal code, e-mail address, and other details if you provide them) is processed for the purpose of Cash&Carry Card Ordering and Delivery on the basis of your consent, which is expressed by filling in the Cash&Carry Card Order Form at Sanitex.eu in the Cash & Carry Card section. In this section of Sanitex.eu, you can find more information on how your personal data is processed for this purpose.
4. Order of goods
Either company’s or natural person’s data (name, surname, email address, telephone number, address, delivery address, log in data, activity certificate code, shopping history, saved orders, profiling) is processed for the purpose to conclude the contract, are processed and used under the basis of your consent, which is expressed by filling in the form in E-shop "Create account" section. If you do not submit data in this section, we will not be able to create your account and accept your orders. After the Parties conclude the contract, these data are processed and used under the basis of performance of a contract, for administration of the client account and for the order and delivery of E-shop goods.
5. Candidates’ Personal Data
Candidates can submit their CVs directly to us via e-mail or via job posting websites, or by using an application form (where name, surname, birth date, address, phone number, email address, education, work experience, skills, driving licence information, computer litereacy, expectations for city, position and renumeration, CV and other information you provide) available at Section “Career” – “Job at Sanitex” – “Fill the candidate form”. Personal data of the candidates is processed for the purpose of screening and selecting candidates. Personal data of the candidate is processed on the basis of his / her consent, which is expressed by filling the above-indicated form.
While screening and selecting candidates, we only process personal data that is related to qualification, professional skills and relevant qualities. We do not collect or process candidates' sensitive personal data.
6. Management of non-personal data.
Your non-personal data – i.e., those related to services You order in or via E-shop – might be managed on an anonymous basis for the purpose of statistics when performing statistical research. In any case, such management of data will not allow to disclose Your identity directly or indirectly. We reserve the right to transfer anonymous statistical information to third parties in separate cases.
7. Transfer of personal data to third parties.
Your personal data may be provided to the third parties who process your personal data in order to help us administrate our website and application and protect your personal data. Such third parties may include database software vendors, database management services providers, cloud service providers, etc. Your personal data may be provided to couriers and/or carriers as well as Sanitex Group companies (including, but not limited to, UAB “Baltic Logistic Solutions”, UAB “Officeday”), companies that use “Officeday” trademark and concept under the franchise agreement, debts administration and/or recovery companies. Your personal data may also be provided to the authorities of law enforcement agencies, such as police or supervisory authorities, but only upon request and only when required by applicable law or in order to protect our rights or to ensure the security of our customers, employees and resources.
Without Your advance agreement, we will not disclose Your personal data to third parties in any other circumstances except for those provided in these Conditions, unless we are required to do so by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Information in Your computer.
We reserve the right to record information (commonly referred to as “cookies”) to Your computer, when you visit the website sanitex.eu. This information allows more convenient use of sanitex.eu and eliminates the need to re-enter Your personal data during each visit to sanitex.eu. You can delete this information from Your computer or block its use by changing the settings of Your Internet browser.
9. Submitting and updating of personal data.
In order to be able to carry out Your queries and service orders in the E-shop effectively and accurately, we need the most accurate data from You. Therefore, You have to provide accurate data in the fields of the E-shop registration forms and update the information as soon as possible in case it has changed.
10. Websites of third parties.
We are not responsible for the management of Your personal data via websites belonging to third parties. We are not responsible for the Privacy Conditions and activities of third party websites even in the cases when you access those sites through links placed in E-shop website. We recommend to acquaint Yourself with privacy provisions of each visited website, not belonging to us, separately.
11. Safety of personal data.
We apply security and processing requirements set out in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
In the management of Your personal data in E-promo, we employ secure organisational and technical means, safeguarding these data from accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other illegal activities.
12. Data Storage Period.
Personal data of the candidates is stored until selection of a candidate to a particular position is undergoing. After the recruitment process ends, we delete the CV, unless we have obtained the consent of the candidate to process his / her personal data for longer in order to offer a job position later. In this case the personal data of the candidate is stored for 2 years from the moment of the consent.
Sanitex will retain personal data processed for the purpose of Cash&Carry card administration 10 years after last use of the card. This data retention period is necessary to enable Sanitex to protect its rights and legitimate interests.
Personal data processed for direct marketing purposes is kept for no longer than 3 years after the last opening of our newsletter. Unless you cancel your consent for direct marketing earlier.
The data processed on the basis of the performance of the contract is kept for no longer than 10 years from the date of expiry of the contract.

You have these rights in relation to your personal data:
1. to request that Sanitex would allow access to personal data and correct or delete it, or to limit the processing of data;
2. the right to object to the data processing;
3. the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (the right to data portability);
4. the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
5. the right to lodge a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

In case You have requests or complaints, related to E-shop, please inform the E-shop team.
Use and distribution of text and graphical information, contained in the E-shop, in other Internet sites and mass media without the express permission by Sanitex, is prohibited.

18. Final provisions.
Law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Conditions. All disputes shall be solved by mutual agreement. In case a mutual agreement is not reached, disputes shall be considered in a court of law of the Republic of Lithuania using the order prescribed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
